Annual Banquet Notice
The annual Banquet and awards presentation will take place on Saturday, December 14th 2013 at the Murphysboro American Legion. The doors will be opening at 4:30pm to all contestants and one guest, ONLY. Your names will be checked off at the door and anyone not in the contest will not be allowed to enter.
The food will be served starting at 4:30pm, when the doors open, and last until until 7pm. We will be holding random attendance prizes throughout the evening. There will also be a "Tiered" Raffle Drawing which will include, but not be limited to, random firearms, miscellaneous archery equipment, hunting apparel, ATV Accessories, and other hunting accessories. The banquet will tentatively conclude at 9pm with entertainment by a DJ to follow.
All prizes awarded or won the night of the banquet from Dunn's Sporting Goods can be exchanged for sizes, ONLY. All firearms awarded the night of the banquet must follow all State and Federal Firearm registration laws. All firearms that are awarded can be registered for and picked up at Dunn's Sporting Goods in Marion.
All decisions by the Jacob Deer Rut are final. The committee members look forward to seeing you all there that night!
