Annual Banquet Notice
The annual Banquet and awards presentation will take place on Saturday, December 19th 2009 at the Murphysboro American Legion. The doors will be opening at 4:30pm to all contestants and one guest, ONLY. Your names will be checked off at the door and a wrist band will be put on all individuals that come in. If someone attends without wearing the band or takes off the band they will be asked to leave.
The food will be served starting at 4:30pm, when the doors open, and last until until 7pm. We will be holding random attendance prizes throughout the evening. There will also be a "Tiered" Raffle Drawing which will include, but not be limited to, random firearms, miscellaneous archery equipment, hunting apparel, ATV Accessories, and other hunting accessories. Due to issues in the past, there will NOT be a DJ playing after the banquet. We expect the banquet to last until approximately 9pm.
All prizes awarded or won the night of the banquet from Dunn's Sporting Goods or Dick's Sporting Goods can be exchanged for sizes, ONLY. All firearms awarded the night of the banquet must follow all State and Federal Firearm registration laws. All firearms that are awarded can be registered for and picked up at Dunn's Sporting Goods in Marion.
All decisions by the Jacob Deer Rut are final. The committee members look forward to seeing you all there that night!
